I am very experienced with facilitating teams and help them to grow more effective. My foundation and approach is based on the same principles as for individuals but designed to work on a team level.

Focus can be improve communication, trust and decision making in the team, while increasing the team awareness of the power of language, emotions and body.

With experience from implementation of full-scale agile and modern principles of self-managing teams, I offer to guide leaders and team about a successful implementation of a self-managing organisation.
